Will COVID 19 interfere with my order?
Current shipping times are not definite due to the COVID 19 pandemic. We will do our best to make sure that we are giving you the best customer service throughout this time. If there are any issues with your delivery time please reach out to us, and let us know.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the United States.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Can I return my product?
We currently do not accept returns, and all sales are final.
Can I get my product customized?
Customizing an order is sometimes available on our products. Please refer to the products page to check for customization availability.
